General Information
Office hours:
Our office hours are Monday 9 am - 12 PM, Wednesday 9 am - 12 PM and on Friday 12 PM - 3:30 PM. In addition, our doctors are available on call 24 hours a day to address your emergency needs.
We pride ourselves on seeing each patient on time. We ask that our patients help us maintain our schedules by being prompt for each visit.
Insurance:
Payment is not required at the time of service. Dr. Dombrowski's staff will file for payment with insurance that he participates with. These insurance companies are: Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Kaiser.
